ClaraPay sends text messages about your account, including account status updates, payment reminders, settlement offers, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from ClaraPay by submitting your phone number on our SMS opt-in page, by replying START to any message from us, or by providing your phone number directly to a ClaraPay representative.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from ClaraPay. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START.
