Email Opt-Out Policy

Types of Email We Send

ClaraPay sends two categories of email:

  • Transactional emails — account-related messages you cannot opt out of, including payment confirmations, debt validation notices, legal disclosures, and security alerts. These are required for the administration of your account.
  • Account communications — messages about your account status, payment reminders, and settlement offers. You may opt out of these.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by:

  • Clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us, or
  • Visiting our unsubscribe page, or
  • Contacting us directly through our contact page.

Processing Your Request

We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You may receive emails sent before your request is processed.

Opting out of email does not affect other forms of communication (mail, phone, SMS) unless you separately request those stop.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

ClaraPay complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. All commercial emails from us include our physical mailing address, a clear identification that the message is an advertisement (where applicable), and a working opt-out mechanism.
