Scope
These Client Terms of Use govern your organization's application for, and use of, the ClaraPay creditor portal. They are separate from any negotiated collection agreement, which is executed during onboarding.
Application & Review
Submitting an application does not create a servicing relationship. ClaraPay reviews each application and may approve, decline, or request additional information. No accounts may be placed until your organization is activated by ClaraPay.
Accuracy of Information
You represent that the information you provide during application and onboarding is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your organization.
Healthcare Data
ClaraPay does not accept medical-debt placements without a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and the associated controls. Healthcare applications are reviewed under a BAA-gated path.
Privacy
Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
