Tracking your placed accounts
Accounts are the individual debts in your portfolio. Every row that loaded successfully in a placement becomes an account you can follow at /client/accounts.
The accounts list
Search by account number or consumer name, and narrow the view with status filters, a balance range, and a placed-date range. Columns cover account number, consumer, status, original and current balance, placed date, last payment, and days since placement — most are sortable. Consumer names are masked in the list for privacy.
Export CSV (top right) downloads the list using your current filters, so you can build a cohort view or a recall list in your own tools.
Account detail
Click an account to open its detail page. It shows the original balance at placement, the current balance now, the placement date, charge-off date, debt type, and the consumer. Tabs below cover:
- Payments — every payment recorded on the account, with date, amount, type, and status
- Activity — contact attempts count and the last contact date
- Disputes — any dispute on the account, with type, status, and filed date
Why account detail is read-only
You see outcomes — balances, payments, statuses — but not internal collection activity such as call notes. This separation keeps the audit trail clean and keeps your view focused on what your finance and compliance teams need.
Common questions
- A payment is missing. Dashboard numbers can lag briefly; the account detail page is the most current view.
- A status looks wrong. Message us from /client/messages with the account number — we will trace it.
- I need portfolio-level data. Use Reports to chart and download portfolio data as CSV.
