Signing in with your phone
Your portal has no passwords to remember. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code.
Steps
1. Go to the portal sign-in page.
2. Enter your phone number — the one where you have received texts from us.
3. Tap Send code. We text a 6-digit code to that number.
4. Enter the code, and you are in.
Why the sign-in page always says the same thing
After you enter a phone number, the page shows the same generic message whether or not that number is on file. That is deliberate: it protects your privacy by making sure no one can type in phone numbers to discover who has an account.
Did not get the code?
- Give it up to a minute — texts can lag.
- Use the Resend option. There is a short cooldown (about 45 seconds) between resends, and a limit on how many codes can be sent in an hour, so a few tries is the max before a pause.
- Check that you entered the number where we normally text you. If your number changed, call the phone number on your letter or notice so we can update it — for security, we cannot move your account to a new number over the portal.
Codes expire
Each code works once and only for a short time. If yours stops working, just request a new one.
Signing out
Use the sign-out option in the portal menu when you are done, especially on a shared device.
