Paying from a link we sent you
If we texted or emailed you a payment link, you can pay in a couple of minutes without creating an account or remembering a password.
What happens when you open the link
1. Tap the link. It opens a secure page for your account.
2. Verify it is you. For your protection, we send a one-time code — usually by text to the phone number on file, or by email if we cannot text you. Enter the code on the verification screen.
3. You land on the pay page. From there you can pay your full balance or another amount, by bank transfer or card.
The one-time code step exists so that only you can see your account details, even if someone else ends up with the link.
If the link does not work
- Links can expire. If yours has, you will see a sign-in page instead. You can sign in with your phone number from there — see Signing in with your phone.
- Did not get the code? Wait a moment, then use the Resend option on the verification screen. There is a short cooldown between resends.
- New phone number? If you no longer have access to the number we text, contact us using the phone number on your letter or notice so we can update your information.
After you pay
You will see a confirmation, and a receipt is saved to your account. You can sign in any time later to see your balance, receipts, and documents.
