Your compliance view: disputes and performance
The compliance page at /client/accounts/compliance answers two questions: how is the portfolio performing against its targets, and what disputes are open on your accounts.
Performance tiles
At the top, an overall service-level score is followed by metric tiles: your collection rate, your open dispute rate, and your active account count. Rate-based tiles are measured against a target and colored so you can see at a glance whether you are on track.
The disputes list
Below the tiles, the disputes list shows consumer disputes raised on your portfolio. Each row shows the associated account, the consumer (name masked for privacy), the dispute type and reason, the current status, the filed date, and the resolution once one is recorded.
Filter by status — pending, investigating, resolved (valid), resolved (invalid), or closed — and page through the full list.
What ClaraPay handles
Dispute intake, validation, and the legally required response clock are handled by ClaraPay — that is part of the service. Your dispute contact (set during onboarding) is who we reach when a dispute needs information only you hold, such as itemization details or proof of the underlying obligation. Responding quickly to those requests keeps resolution timelines short.
What this page does not do
It is a monitoring view, not an action surface. To discuss a specific dispute, message us from /client/messages with the account number. For compliance artifacts such as attestations or agreements, use the documents library.
